Home Selling Advice - Duties of the Sellers Agent

Duties of the sellers agent when representing both sides of the transaction.

Representing Both Sides of a Real Estate Transaction

The real estate contract for the sale of your home specifies that your Realtor is acting as a "sellerĀ“s agent.". This means that the Realtor is working for you, the only complication to this is where your Realtor also represents the buyer who is making an offer on your property. In this case the Realtor must sign a disclosure to say that they are representing both sides of the transaction.
