Home Selling Advice - Neat and Tidy

When prospective buyers look round your home the last thing they should see if a messy house. If your home is messy then the buyer may have trouble seeing past all the clutter. The best way to keep a tidy house is to always assume that a buyer is going to show-up. Always make your bed in the morning, always wash the dishes after you have eaten (or at least put them in the dish washer), do not leave newspapers laying around, keep the children's toys out of sight etc. By doing this all the time you will save all those last minute panics and make your life easier.
