Home Selling Advice - Is the Commission Negotiable?

We said earlier that the real estate commission is either a fixed percentage based on the sales price or some Realtors will charge a fixed amount. Whatever method is used the amount is negotiable, especially if you are also going to buy a home with that Realtor. The final amount agreed is detailed in the listing contract.
