Salt Lake County Home Prices 2007

Homes prices in Salt Lake County continued to show good appreciation in 2007. For single family homes only 1 zip code went down in price, while for condos 2 went down.

Condos saw particularly strong returns, with prices increasing in double digits for most of the zip codes. The largest gains were seen in Sandy 84093, whose median condo price went up a whopping 168.88%.

Single family home prices, while coming under some pressure in the second half of the year, still managed to show good returns. The largest gain was seen in West Valley 84128 where homes went up 24.43%. This trend continued across the valley, where the traditionally cheaper areas, saw better performance than the more expensive areas.
