
Salt Lake Home Prices Third Quarter 2006
While most of the rest of the country are seeing home sales decline and prices pullback, Utah and the Salt Lake City area continues to see a strong market with good appreciation. Most zip codes saw a double digit increase with the Historic Avenues area showing the greatest single family home price gain of more than 40%.
