
Salt Lake Home Prices 2Q 2005
The graph below shows the median home prices for the 2nd quarter 2005 compared to 2nd quarter 2004. The chart covers the Wasatch Front area of Salt Lake and is broken down by postcode.
As you can see there was strong growth across the entire Wasatch Front in Q2 with some areas seeing more than a 30% rise in prices. This growth has been fueled by a strong local economy and an influx of investors looking to buy into an undervalued market. The growth is a welcome change to the previous quarters when Salt Lake Home Prices have lagged behind the majority of the U.S.
